Services: Orders include tire fitting and balancing unless purchased through installment plans. Fitting and balancing charges are added at checkout. Selected products may include a wheel alignment check, which is limited to inspection and interpretation of findings. Additional services requested are at the customer’s expense.

Delivery Delays: Etar.com is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as natural disasters, transportation issues, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed of delays, but Etar.com is not liable for losses arising from such delays.

1. Service Overview: Click & Collect allows customers to purchase tires online and collect them from designated delivery partners. Fitting and balancing are not included. Customers must arrange these services independently.
2. Placing an Order: Select tires and choose Click & Collect at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful order placement.
3. Collection Points: Collection points across Saudi Arabia are listed on our Website. Etar.com reserves the right to modify these locations at any time.
4. Notification and Collection: Notification details will be sent via email or SMS. Present valid ID and order confirmation at the collection point.
5. Cancellations and Returns: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Returns must comply with Etar.com's return policy.
6. Liability: Etar.com is not responsible for delays or failures in the availability of Click & Collect orders due to external factors.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Saudi jurisdiction.
